Course terms and privacy
These terms cover the Pit to Power course: what you're buying, how access works, and what happens to what you save inside it. They sit alongside the general privacy and terms at pittopower.com/legal. By buying or using the course, you agree to both.
What you're buying
The Pit to Power course is a self-paced online course: lessons, tools, downloads, the Pit Assessment and the Pit to Power book inside the course. The price is $297 USD, paid once. There is no subscription.
You get a personal license to use the course yourself. One account is for one person. Please don't share your sign-in, resell the materials, or post them publicly. If the course helps you, send a man to this page so he can get his own.
Access. Access starts as soon as your payment goes through, and lasts for as long as the course is offered. That includes every update, and every video and audio lesson as it's added, at no extra cost. If the course is ever retired, you'll get reasonable notice first.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
All sales are final
You get instant access to the whole course the moment you pay, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds, except where the law requires one. Before you buy, you can see the real course screens, the full curriculum and the free Pit Assessment on the course page.
If you were charged by mistake, for example twice, contact us and we'll fix it.
Coaching, not treatment
Pit to Power, the course, the Field Manual and the Pit Assessment are coaching and personal development materials. They are not medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. The Pit Assessment is a self-check, not a diagnosis.
If you are struggling or in crisis, please contact a qualified professional. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 at any time.
No guaranteed results. The stories in the course reflect personal experience. Your results depend on your own circumstances and effort, and we make no promise of any particular outcome, including financial, health or relationship results.
The course is for adults 18 and over.
Your data inside the course
What we collect. Your name and email; a record of your purchase from Stripe (not your card details); and what you save in the course: your lesson progress, your Pit Assessment answers, your answers in the lesson tools and your weekly reports. If you start checkout, we save the name and email you enter, even if you don't finish paying, so we can follow up about finishing your order, at most twice.
Who sees what.
If you turn on sharing, Rafael can also read your lesson answers, tools and weekly reports. You can turn it off any time.
How we use it. To run your account and save your progress, to send your sign-in links, receipts and course emails, and to make the course better. We do not sell your personal information.
Who helps us run it. Stripe (payments), Supabase (the course database and sign-in), our website host, and our email provider. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
Page analytics. We may use Microsoft Clarity on the sales and checkout pages, never inside the course, to see where visitors click and scroll so we can improve those pages. It hides what you type into forms.
Your choices. You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below. Deleting your account removes your saved course work and ends your access. We keep purchase records as long as the law requires. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we won't discriminate against you for using them.
Security. Your course data is stored so that each account can read only its own work, and sign-in uses one-time email links instead of passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
